Dell XPS15 9500 freezing screen

Dear Dell Community

My XPS15 9500 is now one year old and for a few months I now had the problem of the screen reguralry freezing. Videos or Video-Calls are still working in the background but no chance to unfreeze the screen. Only thing that helps is going into standby and login again. everything works perfectly fine then.

I tried to reset my laptop through the BIOS-Restart. Any ideas on how to resolve this maybe through resetting firmware?
