Dell Xps 15 9500 repair

Since 7. Janury i opened a service request for my audio jack since it wasn't recognizing and input device. The agent tried to solve it remotely but it didn't work so he told me they would have to take laptop so they can repair it and he said it would take 1 week. I agreed and the laptop has been sent since 15th January. There is no sign of repair yet . They said the necessary parts for repair would arrive on 29th but it seems that some didn't make it. In these times of distance learning it has been very difficult to cope without a laptop and i also have been forced into annoying my friends by borrowing their laptops. Save yourself some headaches and do not buy Dell people.
