Dell XPS 15 9500 Hinge Noise

My new XPS 15 9500 makes a cracking noise when the hinge is moved to a more opened position. The same unit also has the slight trackpad misalignment as well as a slight misalignment of the palmrest in relation to the bottom housing.

Does anybody have some experience or could tell me if this issue can worsen and or reduce the units life-time?
