dell xps 13 monitor issues

Hey, 

. I want to connected an xps 13 via usb-c to a monitor. The issue is that i`m getting an terrible picture. Also i have a problem to connected the laptop via HDMI. I use a Lg Ultrafine, an anker usb-c hub an a xps 13 (16gb ram, i7, 512 gb of ssd drive)
