Dell xps 13 9360 not charging nor starting

After having not used my dell xps 9360 for about 4 months (stayed stationary on a drawer) , it does not turn on anymore nor does it charge. Any troubleshooting help?

• Checking battery status on the device -> no indication shown on button press
• Charging with Round Dell 45W charger (PSU working on other Dell and the plug LED is indicating PSU functionality -> no LED charging indicator on the notebook
• Laptop not starting with PSU connected
• Charging / Starting with Thunderbolt (TypeC) charger (PSU working on other Devices) -> no LED charging indicator on the notebook nor start possible
