ECS vs. S3

With changes regarding checksums introduced in 3.7.412.0 of the https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-net it is not usable for accessing Dell ECS anymore.

What are the recommended client SDKs for accessing Dell ECS from a dotnet (C#) client? E.g. https://github.com/EMCECS/ecs-object-client-dotnet-new seems to be abandoned.
