Clients to ThinOS 10

I would like to report the following problem:

We have Dell Wyse Management Suite running in our company with Dell Wyse 5070 and Dell OptiPlex 3000 thin clients. These connect to the installed AVD application. It actually worked quite well until we get the following problem that sometimes users get the following error message: Missed Heartbeat threshold exceeded.

We tried a few things and then wanted to update to ThinOS 10, but the Wyse 5070 always fails. via USB and via the WMS, which was specially equipped with a 128GB hard disk and 8GB RAM, but did not work either, there are no logs etc..

with the OptiPlex 3000 you can update to ThinOS10_2502_0060 via WMS, but you get the wrong keyboard layout, either en-US or de-DE, although the machine (from WMS) is set to de-CH.

Can you help me with this?
