Precision 3530 Thunderbolt problems adapter

Hi!

I have a precision 3530 notebook and I'm trying to connect an AJA ioXT and a Blackmagic Design Ultrastudio via Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2/1 adapter without success. Could there be a limitation an the TB port? The devices are discovered properly but they stay "not connected" od disconnected in the TB software. BIOS, TB Software & Drivers are up-to-date.
