Dell Precision 5510 only boots up at the second time

The laptop only boots correctly the second time it is started. The first time it just gets stuck in the loading screen. I have already updated the bios several times. Is there any solution? It is really annoying to have to open all programs again and again because the laptop always has to be grounded
