Apple Thunderbolt Display and Dell Precision 3530

Hi Dell community,

I'd like to use my Apple Thunderbolt Display (27", TB2) with my Dell Precision 3530 (Win10, TB3). I'm using Apple's TB3-->TB2 adpater, but the screen stays dark. The display works on a MacBook and drivers and BIOS on the Precision are the latest version. Does anyone have an idea?
