7740 SSD replacement

Hi,

According to SupportAssist I need to replace my boot SSD.

Dell suggests https://www.dell.com/de-de/shop/accessories/apd/AA615520 but as my support contract has ended I think I could get a better and cheaper SSD on the market. What is a good - fast, reliable and larger - option for such a replacement?
