PowerEdge R710 IDRAC Communication failure + LCD Display on Front no function

Hi,

after a planed and clean Server Shut Down we want to restart our Dell Power Edge R710 (Service-Tag) but it keeps rebooting in a loop.

The Post displays that there is a communication failure with the remote access controler (iDRAC).

I tried to:

- reset Bios,

- reset iDRAC

- unpluged from power and hold power button for longer then 10 sec.

- replaced iDRAC with a new one bought on ebay

but the Server still shows "Communicationfailure with remote Access controller.

After serveral tries i bring the Server to boot into ESX but the fans keep working on high power mode and the tiny LCD in Front of the Server is off.

Also the Server gaves me a warning while bootinmg that it could keep reebot or shut down irregulary so i didnt want to use it as normal...

What can i doe to fix the Sever ?

It is part of a VMWare cluster so we need it to host our VMs..
