Poweredge R510 Fans

Hi Forum,

the two small fans at the back of my Poweredge R510 dont seem to be turning.

Is this normal?

Dell says upgrade to all the latest firmwares. We did that. Took ages.

The fans still dont turn.

Is that normal or not or how can I solve it?
