Server has been delivered with very old bios with lot of acpi error messages at boot.
After bios update and config of bios to os level power management it just works.
It would be wise to have correct setup already at delivery, as it conserves energy and lowers the costs of operation. How many admins just setup OS in a hurry and do not "waste" time with BIOS settings.
