After Windows updates last Friday open manage Administrator can not be displayed

Hello together,

we using Dell OpenManage Server Administrator to Monitor our Dell Server. After Windows Updates last Friday we can not start it. The Internet Explorer Shows the error "This can't be displayed? What could be the reason for this?

Is there a solution or newer Version?
