Optiplex 3070 - Microphone not being detected (front jack)

Hello,

my front jack of the pc doesnt recognizee the microphone of my TRRS headsets. I have tried all the possible steps like installing drivers again but nothing helps. I do hear the sound output from the headsets but the sound input through mic is not working. This is how the settings are:

As you can see, it says that the mic is not plugged in, which is not true and also the driver is the latest one. I have also tried to downgrade the drivers but didnt help.
