BIOS-Update bei Optiplex 5070 funktionieren nicht immer (Unable to prepare the system BIOS update payload.)

Wir haben in diversen Dienststellen einige Optiplex-Computer. Updates und Wartungen finden grundsätzlich via VPN und RDP oder (zur Not Teamviewer) statt. Bei der Serie Optiplex 5040 und 5050 gibt es nie Probleme beim BIOS-Update aus Windows heraus. Bei der Serie Optiplex 5070 gibt es hingegen bei einigen Computern Probleme. (nicht alle)

Egal, wie ich das Update durchführen will, ob per Dell Command Update, Dell Support Assist, BIOS-File.exe, Windows Update oder Falsh Utility , immer startet der Rechner sofort wieder durch ohne das Update zu installieren. Ich habe mir mal ein Log-File erstellen lassen. Darin steht:

Windows ist stets auf Version 21H1 mit allen Updates und aktuellen Treibern.

Bei manchen Rechnern kann es sein, dass das Update paar Tage später durch zu führen ist.Warum weiß ich nicht. Auch das installieren einer Zwischenversion funktioniert nicht. Ein Erzwingen mittels /s /f funktioniert auch nicht (UAC geht auf, Mauszeiger dreht kurz und das wars)

Ich finde es muss nun wirklich nicht sein, dass ich nur wegen eines BIOS-Update in diverse Dienststellen fahren muss um es mittels USB-Stick zu versuchen oder andere Aktionen durch zu führen, wie stromlos machen, BIOS-Batterie entfernen, etc. Es scheint ja auch ein eher generelles Problem zu sein, weil wie gesagt bei uns nur diese Modellreihe betroffen ist. Bei einigen Geräten sind extra keine USB-Geräte angeschlossen, sondern nur Monitor, Netzwerkkabel, Maus und Tastatur. Rechner sind alle Dell Konfiguriert mit vorinstalliertem Windows.

Hat mir bitte jemand eine Idee, was ich au der Ferne machen kann?

Edit: Weil mich grad der Mod-Bot angeschrieben und um eine Service-Tag gebeten hat: Die übermittelte Service-Tag ist beispielhaft. Wie gesagt sind mehrere Rechner betroffen.
