Howto reenable Bitlocker after system restore from system image on the Dell Venue 8 Pro

Hi,

The Dell Venue 8 Pro has Bitlocker enabled per default. After I did a system restore form a System Image, which I had captured form the Dell Venue 8 Pro before, Bitlocker is disabled.

If I want to enable it again manually via manage-bde, I get the Error, that Bitlocker is not supported on the Windows Version that comes with the Dell Venue 8 Pro.

Is there a way, to get Bitlocker enabled again, without doing a full Windows refresh (factory reset)?
