Dell Latitude 5401 stürzt nach Dell PointStick Driver Installation ab
Hallo Zusammen,
ich habe viele Dell Latitude 5401, welche von Win11 22H2 auf Win11 24H2 aktualisiert wurden.
Nach der Neu-Installation läuft das System unter Win11 24H2 ohne Probleme. Wenn man aber die ausstehenden Treiber über den Dell Command installiert, wird auch der Dell PointStick Driver nachinstalliert. Die Folge ist, dass das System mit einem Bluescreen abstürzt. Leider gibt es kein Update von diesem Treiber, es gibt nur die Version A00 (10.3201.101.307).
Könnte mir Dell hier bitte weiterhelfen. Wird es ein Update von diesem Treiber geben? Oder was soll ich tun?

Dell Latitude 5401 Crashes After Installing Dell PointStick Driver
Hello everyone,
I have a large number of Dell Latitude 5401 devices that have been upgraded from Windows 11 22H2 to Windows 11 24H2.
After a clean installation, the system runs without any issues under Windows 11 24H2. However, when installing the pending drivers via Dell Command, the Dell PointStick Driver is also installed. As a result, the system crashes with a blue screen. Unfortunately, there is no updated version of this driver available—only version A00 (10.3201.101.307) exists.
Could Dell please assist me with this issue? Will there be an updated version of this driver? Or what steps should I take?

We are having same issues with DELL Latitude 5501 devices. PointStick Driver is the same as this from Community User AndiMUC. Installation starts -> Bluescreen. I opened today an incident at Dell Support.
May there will be further assist. I think DELL should stop the deploment of this driver, or update it.
@AndiMUC do you have a solution already?
