CPU/System Fan for Lattitude 9520

Hello!

This Website is horrible and gave me PTSD

I have broken fan in my 9520. 

I have the service manual for it.

But I cannot find for the life of me the part itself. I don't need a cheap fake from ebay or amazon. Where on the webpage can I find the part? Or who can give me a quote for it?
