BIOS Password Unlock for Multiple Company-Owned Laptops

Hello Dell Community,

I'm the IT administrator at a small company in Germany. We have 11 Latitude 7430 laptops that were previously managed by an IT technician who has since left the company without providing BIOS passwords. The devices are now registered under my personal Dell account, and the warranty has expired 3 month ago.

Unfortunately, official Dell support channels (chat/email) are not available due to the expired warranty.

Is there any way to forward this request to the appropriate Dell team for BIOS unlock assistance? I am ready to provide Service Tags, photos of the devices, and proof of ownership.
