Microsoft is offering me a Reservation for a free win10 Upgrade.
Would an upgrade be ok for this machine? What do you think?

Hello,
go ahead and reserve your free Microsoft Windows 10 Upgrade.
Your system should run properly on it, even with Windows 8.1 drivers.
Keep in mind that some software may not support Windows 10 right away.
