light goes on shortly but doesn't start

Pressing the start button, light goes on for 2-3 seconds, but startup process doesn't complete anymore. When running last time, cursor froze, didn't react to ctrl-alt-del and had to switch off long-pressing the switch. Last updates june 24. Last SupportAssist check without issues.
