Klarna Monthly payment options Austria

Hi there!

I am trying to buy a laptop from the Dell Austria website, and I am planning to buy it on 12 monthly instalments through Klarna. I understand that choosing this type of payment will incur in a 17% extra fee. But my problem is that after I chose to pay with Klarna (still in the Dell shopping kart), and the preferred payment plan in Klarna (in Klarna's website) when I get redirected to Dell's last final checkout screen I still get the entire amount to pay in just one exhibition. Has anyone bought anything with Klarna monthly instalments? I understand that Dell receives the 100% of what the laptop costs and is Klarna the one that is charging me the extra 17%. I just want to make sure that I will be charged monthly and not in one payment.
