Dell & Fair supply chain

Hi Dell,
I really like your Laptops, have owned multiple ones privately and at work (Vostro&Latitude) and have recommended multiple ones a Latitude when they asked for a Laptop. The only downside was the proprietary power supply, but that seems to be a problem of the past by now.

But I recently learned that in 2020, Dell used components sourced using Uyaghur forced labor. I have seen no information by Dell that new meassures have been taken - maybe I missed something.
What new meassures have you taken to ensure there are no components produced with forced labor in your devices? (Since the old measures were clearly not enough.) Have you successfully used your influence to make Foxconn, Highbroad and (if you ever worked with them) O-Film change their practice? Have you quit working with them? Are there devices that don't include components by these companies? (I guess Foxconn will be the hardest to replace) I am willing to pay +50% of the price if you could give me assurance that all work starting at mining materials to the cleaning personal at the R&D departments is done under fair conditions.

I look forward to your insights!
Thomas
