Alienware 15 does not start
Hi
i am an owner of an alienware 15 (2015), since yesterday my notebook does not start. I followed the step from the video an the trouble shooting page(search for other plugs, unplug the accu and press 30sec the power button), but i does not work. i hope anyone can help me

please send me the service tag number of your laptop via private message.
What happens when you press the power button? LEDs, Fan,…?
Is LED on power adapter on?
