Qualcomm QCA9377 Bluetooth failure solved?

My Inspiron 3793 uses the Qualcomm QCA9377 Wireless and Bluetooth card (Mini PCI Express).
Recently the Bluetooth function failed, and after Internet Search I found a workaround. The same procedure is also known here as "XPS 8930, Qualcomm QCA9377 Bluetooth failures".

This procedure is a very strong indication of a hardware problem, either a temperature issue or maybe some weak capacitor as most likely causes. Since the same problem appears on different models it seems likely the cause is with the adapter card and not the DEL mainboard of the system.
Can Dell representatives confirm this is an issue with the Qualcomm card?

And are there any resolutions from Dell for this situation? The year of online support option has passed, but the 2 year period of warranty did not yet.
