Many problems with Inspiron 16 7620

Hello, I bought the laptop 1.25 years ago. Right at the beginning, the mousepad started spinning (you couldn't use it properly anymore). When I closed the screen Or aligned it differently, the mousepad works for a few minutes. Now the line change, sometimes does not delete and space bar. It is completely random.Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If it works then completely normal without problems. Slebe's problem in the BIOS (no Windows Bug). My Windows system also seems to be damaged. I can't open a Microsoft Store, Editor and so on. I can fix that with a re-recording of the system, not the hardware bugs. However, I'm already out of the year service support. Is that a problem? Thanks guys :)
