Laptop isn't charging (Inspiron 3505)

Hello,

Inspiron 3505 Ryzen5 isn't charging anymore. Charging LED doesn't light up.

New Charging device, Charging jack is ok. Doesn't work with or without battery. Hard reset doesn't help. Can't start it up anymore.

Does anybody heard from it before?

Btw: This Dell Support site neither recognizes my Service Tag, Express Code or anything. Thinks my service tag is a docking station, who made this?
