install the current BIOS version

I'm hoping to get some helpful advice.

Dell support app tells me to install the current BIOS version. It downloads successfully, but the installation does not start.

It says that the Vostro BIOS cannot be installed on the Inspiron. However, the description refers to Inspiron and Vostro devices.

I've tried manual installation and other computer monitoring software but this didn't find the problem.
