Inspiron 7590 fan only off when lifting/tilting notebook

Hi,

I have an Inspiron 7590 with i7-9750h CPU and Nvidia GTX1650.

When my fans are running, the keep running for a long, long time. Even if the notebook is idling around at 50 °C CPU temperature they keep running. But then, if I shortly lift or tilt the notebook only for a second they stop immediately and only come back on when the temperature rises. This is repeatable.
Dell Power manager is on optimzed setting.

How can I make the fans stop when the temperature is low withouth lifting/tilting the notebook all time?
