Inspiron 7306 2n1 - Dunkler Streifen auf Display / Part of the display is dark

das Display meines Inspiron 2n1 weist seit Kurzem einen dunklen Streifen am rechten Displayrand auf (siehe Fotos). Dieser taucht nicht auf Screenshots auf, ich gehe daher von einem Hardwareproblem aus. Die üblichen Versuche (Neustarts, alle Updates installieren, Hardwarediagnose) haben kein Ergebnis gebracht. Der Rechner ist grade etwas über ein Jahr alt und wird hauptsächlich stationär genutzt, ein Defekt durch mechanische Beanspruchung ist daher eher unwahrscheinlich.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

The display of my Inspiron 2n1 has recently started to show a dark stripe on the right edge of the display (see photos). This does not appear on screenshots, so I assume a hardware problem. The usual attempts (rebooting, installing all updates, hardware diagnostics) did not bring any result. The computer is just over a year old and is mainly used stationary, a defect due to mechanical stress is therefore rather unlikely.

Does anyone have any ideas?
