Dell Inspiron 7586 don't boot no Bios

Hello together,

I have an Inspiron 7586 that doesn't boot anymore.

The keyboard lights up and the display shows the Dell logo. Then the PC get stuck at the Dell logo.

I also can't enter the BIOS via F2/F12. When I try to enter the BIOS, the PC shows the message, that he is preparing for BIOS, but nothing happens. I can only enter the BIOS, when I remove the hard drive.

I tried:

• remote and exchange ram bars and hard drive
• hard reset with disconnected battery

I want now boot from an USB stick, but I can only enter the BIOS without the hard drive. When I enter the BIOS without the hard drive, I choose the USB stick as the first and only boot device. But I cant boot without the hard drive after that.

When I reconnect the hard drive, he gets stuck at the Dell logo again, because, I think, he now tries to boot from the hard drive again.

Does anyone has an idea how to solve this problem?
