Dell Inspiron 3593 Shutdown issue

Hello there,
I have purchased a new Dell Inspiron 3593 for my company Western Steel Agency office work. From the last few weeks my Dell Inspiron 3593 sometimes having this shutdown issue. After shutting down the screen goes blank but keyboard light and power led are still blinking so I have to force shutdown it every time this happens. I have tried all solutions provided on the internet and on the acer community but nothing helps.

Please let me know if someone knows about the solution to this issue.
