Three problems with my C2665dnf printer (after 1.5 years of usage)

please see the possible solutions below:

1. Ensure that the paper tray is properly aligned to the set paper type (for example A4). Also fan the paper. Check the condition of rubber surface of the feed roller. Rub on the rubber surface with your finger and check if this helps to resolve temporary.
   
   
2. Same for the automatic document feeder of the scanning unit. Check Tray alignment, fan the paper, check rubber condition of the feed rollers.
   
   
3. Is the same issue present when scanning via the flatbed scanner surface? If not, you just need to clean the small glass next to the flatbed scanner glass.

Guten Florian, Leider hat es nichts gebracht. Habe alles erwähnte versucht. Eventuell müssen bestimmte Teile ersetzt werden. Kann ich das Gerät irgendwo in der Schweiz in die Reparatur geben? Grüsse, Michel

es ist äußerst verwundernswert, dass keiner der genannten Schritte geholfen hat.

Anhand des eingescannten Dokuments, kann ich deutlich erkennen, dass eine Verunreinigung am ADF Scannerglas vorliegt. Besteht das Problem mit dem Scannen denn auch über das Vorlagenglas? Falls nicht, dann reinige nochmals gründlichst das ADF Scanner Glas.

Wie ist der Zustand der Einzugsrollen? Ist die Oberfläche rau oder glatt?

Eine Reparatur kann nur vor Ort stattfinden. Es ist nicht möglich den Drucker zur Reparatur einzusenden.
