U2414HE Display Port Problem

Hallo,

ich habe 2 Monitor (Dell UltraSharp U2421HE LED-Monitor) den 21.11.2020 gekauft

irgendwie läuft DP IN und OUT gar nicht.

ich habe mit Dell Dockingstation ausprobiert. Es zeigt mir ständig von beiden Monitor "Kein DP Signal von Ihrem Gerät".

Die beide Monitoren funktionieren nur, wenn ich 1.Monitor mit USB-C, 2.Monitor  mit HDMI zur Laptop anschließe.

ich bitte um Ihre Hilfe.
