TB16 USB and Audio not working after Sleep Mode

Hello,

The Audio and USB Ports on my TB16 don't work anymore after my Laptop (XPS 15 9550) wakes up from sleep mode.

Unplugging the USB C Cable and rebooting the TB16 resolves this issue, but is there a more permanent solution to fix this problem?

The Problem doesn't occure after booting/rebooting the laptop.
