Dell UltraSharp UP2718Q after firmware update

Hi,

I recently purchased Dell Ultrasharp UP2718Q. I ran firmware update M2T102 after which I noticed strange results when changing values of saturation during the manual configuration of colors in "Custom Color" preset mode. I searched the internet for possible solutions, and found this video which accurately represents my issue. Do you have any solution?

I purchased The monitor from a previous owner who got it as a result of an exchange --- his previous monitor did not work correctly. That monitor was purchased in e-tec.at in 2016 and exchanged by Dell.at for UP2718Q in March 2018. At e-tec they said that I can only contact Dell for an exchange request since the only receipt they factured was over 2 years old, and that I also have to have the warranty transferred/written in my name otherwise Dell doesn't acknowledge warranty?

Can you help me with this?

Hallo,

Sendest du mir bitte folgende Daten zur Verifikation:
- Servicetag des aktuellen Monitors
- Servicetag des alten Monitors
- Seriennummer des neuen Monitors (CN-0xxxxx-...) inkl Revision: A02...A03...
- Notiere die Nummer 981460373 auf einem Zettel und mach ein Foto von Servicetag und Notizzettel
- Kaufbeleg des Monitors und des alten, zuvor getauschten Monitor

Entschuldigung, mein Deutch ist sehr schlecht.

Dell Ultrasharp UP2715K is the old monitor. I never had access to this monitor /service tag
