Dell C2722DE no picture when USB Typ-B connected

When the PC is connected via DP and the USB Type-B is connected as well I do not get a picture when I start the PC.
When I start it without the USB Type-B-Connection, I do get a picture. Afterwards I can connect the USB Type-B when the PC is running and it still works. Any ideas.
