XPS 27 AIO 7760 Display defekt

I'm quite disappointed. Until now, I have always trusted Dell and assumed that they would be of good quality and long-lasting. Now the display is obviously dissolving. At the top left it looks like a film is coming off inside. The actual display isn't obstructed. There must be a transparent film in front of it that peels off. I could install the display myself, but the likely purchase price would probably result in a total economic loss. It's a shame, sustainability in a quality product at a corresponding price looks different.

My post to Dell support:

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to inform me how you can regulate an obvious serial defect of your product in a customer-friendly way.

My Dell XPS 7760, ........, had Premium Support until 03/29/2022 and is no longer under warranty after that.

Nevertheless, I find it very surprising that the display is now dissolving, especially since I have several Dell computers whose displays work perfectly.

Specifically, the gel connection on the touchscreen film obviously comes loose and threatens to drip out of the device.

The 7760 works in principle, the damage is particularly visible when switched off, and the contours of the detachment can be seen in operation.

I would be interested to know when the liquid drips from the device and what damage to health or property damage is to be feared as a result.

I took a picture of my device. On it you can see that air has already entered at the top of the screen, or gel is missing.

Similar images can be found more and more on the net.

Several forum members have been rejected by them on the grounds that there is no replacement and that they may search the net for a spare part,

Customer loyalty looks different.

As an attachment, I attach a net excerpt so that you can see that the damage to my device is not an isolated case.

I would like to ask you to check whether Dell  is able to cushion the serial defect on a premium device.

Best regards,
