Hello Anton,
Please go to the Onboard Device Configuration in the Advanced section of the BIOS.
Try AHCI and RAID if possible.
Please also check the Boot section in the BIOS.
With kind regards,
Florian

Hello Florian,
We were using the default BIOS setting, where
After setting the SATA Mode to AHCI we got a Recovery message that the PC needs to be repaired with error code 0xc000000d
Today we also received the media for DELL, because we were advised to reinstall Windows. Now I am already a bit more positive that we might be able to repair, but not reinstall.
Could you please advise how to proceed?
Kind Regards,
Anton

Hallo Anton,
did you reset the BIOS? Or was it set like this by factory?
I'm guessing that the system is configured to use the 32GB drive for Intels Smart Response Technology. As Intel Smart Response will not run in AHCI mode, you will need to enable the RAID mode again.
Please proceed with the reinstallation of the operating system.
With kind regards,
Florian

Hello Anton,
when reinstalling the operating system, all data on the hard disk drive will be lost.
There are multiple options to backup data before reinstalling an operating system:

Hello Florian,
How about my files on the HDD?
Are they going to survive, when I decide to go to the proposed reinstall?
Kind Regards,
Anton

Hello Florian,
I really appreciate your help, but I as a customer somehow feel a bit betrayed with this “754-81486 1Yr Next Business Day with Premium Phone Support”
My goal would be not to lose my data and not to violate my warranty.
If I go for proposal 1 or 2 will I violate my warranty?
I was interested and really tried to go to option 3, but failed just like many others
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/windows/en-US/1155d38c-e7fd-4b4f-a31c-26875d4f47a7/windows-pe-error-using-windows-8-adk
Could you please tell me will as part of the warranty I receive support for recovering my files, before reinstalling Windows and without investing too much time in that?
Kind Regards,
Anton

Hello Anton,
I do understand your dissatisfaction with the system so far. Please keep in mind, that the promised engineer for the "Next Business Day Service" can only be sent for hardware replacements.
You will not violate the warranty when going for option 1 or 2. Please take care when replacing parts and contact the support if you have any questions.
The owners manual will guide you through the hard drive removal process:

Hello Anton,
when following the linked guide, you will not be able to switch to RAID. Using RAID will require you to install the operating system while RAID is enabled. It is not possible to switch to RAID mode on a operating system which was installed in AHCI mode.
On step 12 the guide asks you to install drivers using the Dell Webpage. As long as the WiFi driver has not been installed, WiFi will not function at all.
Have you tried installing the WiFi driver?

Hello Florian,
I am afraid that I am losing my good manners and planning to invest the same time that I lost dealing with this issue in free PR towards new DELL customers.
Please invest the time to make that guide usable!
I need the complete information, but not bit-by-bit every 24 hours or even less
The disappointed customer,
Anton

Hello Anton,
please note that the community forum should not be utilized when needing solutions within 24 hours. Please use different support channels like Twitter, Chat or Phone, if the problem is very urgent to you.
You can find the German contact channels here:
http://dell.to/1K17xrs
Unfortunately I misunderstood your hint regarding the RAID option. I haven't seen that guide asks you to switch to the RAID mode in first place. Can you please reattempt step 4 to 7 to ensure that all prerequisites have been applied?
If the problem still persists after the reattempt, I will kindly ask my supervisor if we can send an engineer to you, to reinstall the operating system.
Is there any reason for posting in English instead of German? I'm wondering because you seem to be able to read this German knowledge article.
With kind regards,
Florian

Hello Florian,
I have only basic knowledge in German and cannot communicate in German.
Today I have invested 4 more hours and Windows still runs only in AHCI mode.
Please ask you supervisor to find a way to return my money, because for me all my issues are because of the hardware architecture of this PC.
The guide ( Anleitung zur Windows 8 Neuinstallation http://www.dell.com/support/Article/de/de/debsdt1/597760/DE ) does not help me.
Kind Regards,
Anton

Hello Anton,
thank you for providing the Service Tag.
The systems return period ended on 1st of July. Therefore I'm not able to return the system.
Please let me know if I should ask for an engineer to setup the system correctly.
With kind regards,
Florian
