Dell Optimizer App lässt sich nicht installieren

Hallo Community,

die Installation der Dell Optimizer App bricht ab, weil angeblich noch eine Legacy App (Dell Power Manager Service) installiert ist. Das Setup meldet, dass eine nicht unterstützte Anwendung entfernt werden soll, was jedoch fehlschlägt.

Ein solcher Dienst existiert jedoch nicht auf dem Rechner und unter Programme und Features ist es auch nicht aufgelistet.

Die Ausgaben im Logfile sind dermaßen unspezifisch, dass man daraus nicht erkennen kann, weshalb die Legacy App angeblich gefunden wird:

Das können eigentlich nur Restfragmente aus einer früheren Installation sein.
Was muss noch händisch entfernen werden, damit die Optimizer App doch installiert werden kann?
