Request for Out-of-Warranty Servicing – Alienware x17 R1 (Singapore)

My Alienware x17 R1 is already out of warranty, and I'm currently experiencing temperature issues. I’ve tried cleaning out the dust, but that hasn’t resolved the problem. I suspect it might require a thermal paste replacement or other maintenance services.

I'm not sure if Dell provides servicing for out-of-warranty equipment in Singapore. Could you please advise me on what I should do next? Thank you.
