X15 R1 CPU Power Management

I wonder anyone who also own a x15 r1 has the same problem? The CPU Power limit on X15 R1 was too low when using fully Grafik power. 

The Dinamic Boost will let CPU and GPU running at 25w+110w, I thought it was the temprature issue, but when I have used and tested my x15r1(11900H+3070), it only do 75 celcius on cpu and gpu both when gaming or stress testing(aida64 cpu+furmark).

The performance mode and full speed mode really don't have much difference, only 2-3 celcius. Sometimes the balance mode is even better because it allows the cpu to eat more power. 25w will let my 11900H(xtu -0.05V) run about 2800MHz, but 35w will be like 3000-3200MHz, that DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE when the game suddenly needs the cpu. For example, Forza Horizon 5 will sometimes run 80-99% cpu and 80-60% gpu, and the 1% low fps drops.

Why won't AW give this fancy machine a more aggressive power setting? If I am klicking Fn+F1 or turn the performance mode on, I won't be concerning about noise. (Balance or Quiet mode will also go V1 Rotate, but not in this discussion)
