M15R5 CPU fan speed stuck at 50%

Hello everyone,

on my M15R5 the fans used to be at 0% when under 80 degrees using "balanced mode" in AWCC (i also use ryzen controller to limit it to 80 degrees). 

So when listening to music or stuff like that the laptop used to stay completely silent, all fans at 0% speed.

Since a few weeks it starts to turn on the cpu fan to about 70% after doing some daily stuff on this laptop and then it goes back to 50% and will remain there.

I must say the noise level itself is ok, but this whiny, higher frequent sound is very annoying. 

i thought it could be related to the BIOS. i read a few articles around the net and some other users also had strange fan issues  since BIOS 1.5.0. 

Its also strange when switching to performance mode, it takes a lot longer now to ramp up the fans to 100%

Could it be a AWCC and/or BIOS related issue?
