Alienware m18 R2 and command center

dear all ,

since some days i got a problem with the command center

it starts but doesnt go on showing the modules to program (like alienware keyboard or headset) 

after some seconds the message apears

"an error occured, the system wil start. wait some minutes and try it again"

but comes every time


what ive done already:

1. uninstall / restart / new install / restart ---  starting command center -- same result

2. uninstall / restart / new install / restart --- regedit --- same result

anyone knows how to solve this ( apart from completely reinstalling the laptop)?
