Alienware M15 R6 fan behaviour turns on and off
Hi I have Alienware M15 R6, Intel i9 -11900h, 32GB RAM
the cpu fan is very curious in Idle my CPU reaches 53 degrees an the fan turns on(~35%) and of (0%) every few seconds. it is very annoying especially if the environment is quite.
GPU fan is quiet works constantly with 16%.
See attached image.
My system is already optimized, also undervolted (-80mV) - yes it is still possible!
I can not imagine - that is by design - there is no such engineer who would allow such solution.
either is this a design error or only my laptop has a malfunction.
The fan wear and tear is enorm.
Is there any possibility to control the fan manually? the settings in AWC do no work at all.
has anyone had such a problem? what is the correct idle temp of this cpu?

Dell support contacted me: after few tests, videos atc the response was:
"No hardware error was detected so far there, on the diagnostic.
As per your shared video recording, there's NO abnormal behavior.
Your pc is working fine, as per expected."
i wrote them something like that:
sorry to say but you are wrong, the fan/temp sensor/control unit is not working correctly.
tell my one thing what is the reason, thermally and physically to turn the fan on and off in Interval about 2 seconds?
what you do you want to achieve? colling in this way does not work properly.
it would by much better to let the fan run constantly on small rpm eg. 16%
my next laptop will be definitely another brand - after 15 years dell/alienware.
PS. dell designer or engineer who allowed such solution is/was not "smart enough"!
the next thing i do i will try to bring the normal working temp under 50degress :
i will clean the fans, and repast the heatsink etc
