Alienware 17R3 Einschaltknopf leuchtet nicht mehr

Hallo. Bei meinem Alienware 17R3 leuchtet der Einschaltknopf nicht mehr. Die übrige FX-Beleuchtung funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch im Commandcenter lässt sich die Beleuchtung nicht mehr aktivieren. Evtl. ein Hardwareproblem? Bitte um Hilfe.

Hallo Tom,

vielleicht gibt es Probleme mit dem Command Center. Versuch es mal bitte zu deinstallieren.

Hallo Tom,

danke für Deine Antwort. Ich habe das Commmand Center neu installiert. Leider hat es nichts gebracht. Der Einschaltknopf leuchtet nach wie vor nicht.

hast du das aktuelle BIOS drauf:

Mit anderen Tipps meinte ich beispielsweise das hier:

I gave a method for getting the power LED back in a previous reply, but I'll elaborate on it here. I've noticed that the power LED stays off when AlienFX has been turned off from the keyboard (FN + F12) and the laptop has been put to sleep or restarted. In this situation, I have found that pressing FN + F12 (to turn on AlienFX) and performing a shutdown (not restart) will bring the power LED back. From this point, you're on your own for changing colors because I've seen no evidence that the software functions properly.

die aktuelle Bios-Version ist bereits installiert.

 

Die Tipps habe ich ausprobiert aber leider leuchtet der Einschaltknopf nach wie vor nicht.
