Alienware 17 Laptop right vent suddenly very loud and PCI Statustest fail D0702

Hey everyone!

About 4 days ago my laptop did a windows update when shutting down, when i started it the next day, it started to freeze after 4-5 minutes of running time and meanwhile you can hear the left fan getting very loud, but then it's quiet again and the one on the right is getting louder than ever before. It wasn't even that loud during games. The laptop then works reasonably okay, but it keeps getting stuck for a short time and the fan is nearly always super loud, sometimes you can hear the fan switch off briefly, as if it were overwhelmed (if that happens the laptop stucks too).

I have already reset the laptop to a point in time before the windows update, unfortunately that did not help, the temperatures also seem to be okay, so I had the support assistant do a check and the result was:
PCI status tests - fail D0702. In between I can use the laptop normally but every few minutes it gets so loud and starts stucking. I read here that the drivers should be updated, I did that on Dell's website but it got even worse. In the device manager, under storage technology devices, an error is also displayed with the Realtek PCIE card reader, after the update the PCIE card reader was no longer displayed at all, the entire "memory technology devices" column was no longer displayed, so I reset the laptop again (btw updating through device manager didn't work, nothing happened). Now I don't know anymore. I also did the alienware pre boot check, but everything was fine not even one issue (except that my battery isn't inside anymore, but thats nothing new)
Can anyone of you help me please?
